In Banyuwangi Regency, designing and developing a mobile application for digital printing e-commerce began with thorough user research. Surveys and interviews revealed diverse needs and challenges of owners and customers in the industry. Using these insights, detailed user personas and journey maps were created, guiding a human-centered design approach. The culmination was a comprehensive thesis documenting every aspect of the design journey and its outcomes. The project was presented to the exam board.

I created 490 high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma design software. I presented design solutions to the client and justified my design decisions. Additionally, I provided guidance and feedback on design choices to ensure a consistent user experience. Finally, I refined five prototypes that were tested by the client on users.
